Plot Outline: When U.S. Marshal Carter stumbles upon a town whose denizens are the world's greatest geniuses, he uncovers one of the government's best kept secrets. But when the intelligent group unleashes an unknown scientific creation in the town, Carter jumps in to try and restore order and save his own life.
